Saudi ports: separate terminal status from booking acceptance沙特港口：区分港口作业与船公司接单
Expeditors’ 14 October operational report describes Dammam as operational and Jeddah and King Abdullah Port as operational but congested. Its ocean section carries forward the 13 October assessment. This is a logistics-provider snapshot, not a port-authority bulletin or live status for 19 October. An operating terminal does not mean every carrier accepts every cargo type.
Expeditors于10月14日发布的运营报告将达曼列为运行中，吉达和阿卜杜拉国王港列为运行但拥堵；海运部分沿用10月13日评估。这是物流商当时的业务快照，不是港口主管部门公告，也不是10月19日实时港况。港口作业正常不代表每家船公司接受所有货类。

Machinery shipments: check OOG and in-gauge separately设备发运：超限货与限内货分别确认
Maersk’s Update 51 distinguishes out-of-gauge (OOG), in-gauge and dry cargo. It lists OOG booking suspensions for Saudi ports, while separately describing acceptance for in-gauge cargo and dry cargo at selected ports. These are carrier-specific, dated conditions. Submit packed dimensions, gross weight, lifting points and intended port for written acceptance before dispatch; do not assume a container or flat-rack booking is available.
马士基第51号更新区分超限货（OOG）、限内货和普通干货：公告列有沙特港口OOG暂停订舱，同时另列限内货及部分港口干货接收条件。这是该船公司有日期的条件，不能推广为全市场规定。发货前提交包装尺寸、毛重、吊点及目的港，取得书面接收确认，不应默认普通箱或框架箱已有舱位。

FM1 follow-up: the scheduled departure needs confirmationFM1跟踪：计划开航日期已过，仍需核实实航
The FM1 notice scheduled Maersk Athabasca 642W from Qingdao on 17 October to Khor Fakkan on 16 November. The reviewed notice does not prove actual departure. Its rotation has no Saudi port call, and existing cargo restrictions remain applicable. Confirm actual vessel movement and a separately accepted Saudi onward leg before using this option in a delivery commitment.
FM1公告计划Maersk Athabasca 642W于10月17日从青岛出发、11月16日到豪尔费坎。本次核查的公告本身不能证明已经实际开航。航线挂靠不含沙特港口，原有货物限制仍适用；承诺交期前需核实实航，以及另行获准的沙特后续运输。
